hey!! well... being a lecturer huh??? it seems like tough work to me cuz the lecturers in my school have to have very high eq inorder to teach... they'll have to bear with students who come to class for the sake of coming to class or just to sign their attendence in order not to get barred from exams... i'm not sure about other colleges but at least mine is something like that.... but i'm one of the nerdy gang who will show up in every class listening to what the lecturer has to say... heee.... all the best in switching!!!!
