me the timid girl?

I am always presenting the quieter and more timid side of me to many people (esp those whom I'm less familiar with, meaning to say especially those whom I meet for the first time during work..but even this depends..yeah, guess to some who just doesn't give me the feeling of being trustworthy...then I am as cold as a block of hard ice...which is happening to the new Ops Manager who just came in this month)
...he commented that knowing that I am received higher education overseas, I appear to be very quiet and TIMID!!! (oh I really dont like to be associated with this word, eventho I have to admit that I am quite timid at times) but anyway, this is good then, I do not want him to 'know' me in anyway because I sense that he is not someone who can really be trusted...

also I believe in this principle: 聪明的人会多做事 少说话 especially when it comes to office setting in which politics goes like fire
all the more I would hold strong to this principle

and in fact, it is almost effortless to break the ice in me (I melt almost instantly with 'heat';PPP)...just simple honesty and a true personality, and a wee bit of warmth is more than sufficient;PPP

我记得我小时候是一个好快乐的小孩

HPV vaccine (2)

woooo~
checked the price for HPV vaccine...
indeed it is expensive...RM430 per jab...
(total three jabs just like Hep B, second dose is 2 months after first dose, and third dose is 4 months after the second one)
well, let's see if it's claimable through company..
but what ever it is will still take the injection...health is nothing to compromise about...

yes~ it's our dear Mango who saw durians for the first time in her life, and fell in love with it...
hehehehe...well, dogs nowadays...they eat anything human eat i guess;PP

ahahaha...
can't help it... liking Speech of Silence 甜言蜜语 so much!!!
the warmth of family love is so well potrayed...referring to the scene where Kate Tsui and her mum reunited...very very touching~

but hmm not so many scenes of Ka Lok？？(the main reason I decided to catch this show so soon, but well compensated by the meaningful story though)

TVB Speech of Silence 甜言蜜語

am watching till episode 05 but found this show a heart warming one...(this translates into: I quite like it...hehe, considering 马国明as the lead (not my fav) so if there's nothing else of the story (I) deem attractive, then i'll find it hard to continue on for all the other episodes...to the end;PPPP

but hey...so far so good...in fact 好温馨 好感人（OK仔和他父亲)

and i find 徐子珊 likable in this show too ;-)

and ah~ yes...i like this song 直觉 sung by Joyce Cheng 郑欣宜
(her voice's very nice~)

also 期待黄嘉乐更多的出现（虽然在这里面也是做人家弟弟）
but with this now i am quite curious about 盛世人杰~!!
(no more 人家弟弟 and so the character certainly has to be much more interesting!!)

TVB ~ Always Ready 随时候命

Local TV channel is currently showing 'Always Ready'
It's my second time watching

(but I dont get to catch every episode shown on tv though;P)

I still remember how much I like it when I watched it for the first time some two years ago...

I've always loved TVB's series involving rescue and things like that...

(the heroic feel and all...gosh, just a great feeling ~ 超型！ ;PPPP)

and I love the sub-theme/ending song sung by Bowie Lam a lot too ;-)

goes so well with the show

HPV vaccine for prevention of cervical cancer

so ok, this thing has been around for some time (just that i didnt really know about it)
and it was when i was reading CLEO (July 2008) that I then 'exclaimed' to mum and said that perhaps this injection is a good idea...havent figure out the price though...
but hey, health is priceless...
what i could remember from the article was something like this vaccine works against HPV 16 & 18 which account for almost 70% of cervical cancer cases
and certainly bearing in mind, cervical cancer is one of the most common forms of cancer killing women, aside from breast cancer
and hey, unlike breast cancer, for cervical cancer there is vaccine...
so women (esp above 25)~~ act fast!!

p/s: heard from news yesterday that there's subsidy for mammogram for ladies above 40 years of age...but guess it's only for checking in governmental clinics or hospital
